Terms and Conditions
Effective date: 14 September 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to bettertomorrowco.tech and the products and services offered through it. Better Tomorrow Tech is a brand operated by Better Tomorrow Co (“Better Tomorrow Tech”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By creating an account, purchasing a service or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund and Cancellation Policy and any product-specific terms shown during purchase.
-
ELIGIBILITY AND BUSINESS AUTHORITY
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use a service for a business or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it and that the information you provide is accurate and current.
-
OUR SERVICES
Better Tomorrow Tech provides access to digital business tools, which may include website-building, review-management, digital-profile, loyalty and restaurant-menu or order-management services.
Features differ between products and subscription plans. The information shown in the applicable plan, order confirmation or written proposal forms part of your agreement with us. We may improve or reasonably modify features, provided that we do not materially remove a paid core feature during an active subscription without appropriate notice or remedy.
-
ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for:
• protecting account credentials;
• activities conducted through your account;
• maintaining accurate account and contact information;
• providing access only to authorised users; and
• informing us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.
Accounts may not be transferred or shared outside the subscribing organisation unless the relevant service permits it.
-
SUBSCRIPTIONS, PRICING AND PAYMENT
Prices, billing periods, included features and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase or stated in a written quotation.
Recurring subscriptions may renew for the selected billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewal. Cancellation does not automatically produce a refund for the current billing period; refund eligibility is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Failure or reversal of payment may result in restricted or suspended access after reasonable notice.
-
PERMITTED USE
Subject to payment and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the selected service for your internal business activities during the subscription period.
You must not:
• use a service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive purposes;
• attempt to obtain unauthorised access to systems or accounts;
• introduce malware or interfere with service security or availability;
• reverse engineer, copy or redistribute protected platform technology except where expressly permitted by law or written agreement;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy or other rights;
• create or facilitate fabricated reviews, deceptive endorsements or misleading business claims;
• send unlawful spam or communications without required permission; or
• use customer information without an appropriate lawful basis or notice.
-
CUSTOMER CONTENT AND DATA
You retain rights in content and data that you submit, subject to the rights of others. You grant us and our service providers the limited permission necessary to host, process, reproduce and display that content solely to provide, secure and support the service.
You are responsible for the legality, accuracy and permissions associated with your content. This includes obtaining appropriate consent for customer communications, review requests, loyalty enrolment and other personal-data processing undertaken through your account.
-
AI-ASSISTED FEATURES
Certain services may produce AI-assisted text, replies, suggestions or other content. Such output can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable.
You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-assisted output before publishing or relying on it. AI-generated suggestions do not constitute legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. We do not guarantee search rankings, reviews, revenue, leads or other business outcomes.
-
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND PLATFORM TECHNOLOGY
Our services may rely on third-party hosting, software, APIs, payment providers, messaging channels and other infrastructure. Availability may be affected by those providers’ terms, policies and technical performance.
The underlying platform technology may be owned or licensed by third-party technology providers. Nothing in these Terms represents that Better Tomorrow Tech owns third-party source code, brands or intellectual property.
-
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Better Tomorrow Tech branding and original content created by us remain the property of Better Tomorrow Co or the applicable rights holder. Third-party software, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
Except for the limited right to use a subscribed service, no intellectual-property rights are transferred to you.
-
AVAILABILITY AND SUPPORT
We aim to provide reliable services but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security incidents, internet failures and third-party outages may occasionally affect access.
Support will be provided through the channels and service levels described for the applicable product or plan.
-
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, security risk, unlawful activity, material breach of these Terms or harm to the platform or other users.
Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate restriction may be necessary for fraud, security threats or unlawful activity.
You may stop using a service or cancel renewal according to the applicable cancellation process. Provisions intended to survive termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions and liability limitations—will continue to apply.
-
DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
Services are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to rights and guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of anticipated profits, or losses caused by customer content, unauthorised account use, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control.
Our aggregate liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the fees paid for the affected service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms restricts any mandatory rights available under Indian consumer law.
-
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms to reflect service, operational or legal changes. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Material changes affecting an active paid subscription will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
-
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable dispute-resolution law, disputes will be subject to the competent courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.
